ASU SHARES Seminar Jan 26
Optimal care is delivered when patients and providers can communicate and share information. Often, critical health data, especially sensitive data like substance use disorder information, is often sequestered in ways that fall short of patient data privacy choices and provider needs. Towards This seminar explores the new and innovative SHARES (Substance use HeAlth REcord Sharing) Project. SHARES is the blueprint for a novel, standards-based, EHR-agnostic data segmentation technology that will improve data sharing, interoperability, service delivery and ultimately health outcomes.
